- High Priority (HP) – kompaniya faoliyatini to‘liq ta’sir qiladi, ishlab chiqarish va yetkazib berish jarayonlari
- Medium Priority (MP) – samaradorlik va tezlikni oshirish
- Low Priority (LP) – optimizatsiya va qo‘shimcha resurslar
- Boshlang‘ich davrda minimal team yetarli: 6-7 kishi
- Ishlab chiqarish va yetkazib berish o‘sishi bilan qo‘shimcha staff va supervisorlar qo‘shiladi
