- High Priority (HP) – darhol bajarilishi kerak, kompaniya faoliyatini to‘liq ta’sir qiladi
- Medium Priority (MP) – 3–6 oy ichida bajarilishi kerak, samaradorlikni oshiradi
- Low Priority (LP) – qo‘shimcha optimizatsiya, keyingi bosqichlar uchun
- Boshlang‘ich davrda minimal komanda yetarli: 1 Finance manager + 1 Accountant
- Keyinchalik, faoliyat o‘sishi bilan junior accountant va intern qo‘shish
